MVA Visible Black Powder Measure

This powder measure was developed with the goal of reducing reloading time yet providing the highest level of accuracy. This measure is designed to “throw” a volume of powder, which can then be checked by weight. Simply set the micrometer adjust scale to the desired volume of powder, then insert the scale into the bottom of the measure body. Then push back on the knurled knob lever at a consistent rate all the way to the stop. The powder, which is in the slider block, will now fill the scale. Release the lever at a consistent rate will skim the powder flush with the top of the scale. Remove the scale and pour powder into a drop tube to your case. A baffle inserted in the top of the body helps to regulate the flow of powder into the slider block, which aids in repeatable charges. Most reloaders report a .2 to .3 tenths of a grain by weight variation. The measure comes with a mountable bench plate, (which allows removal of the measure from your reloading bend for storage), your choice of hopper sizes, and comes with a micrometer adjustment scale.
